As for when it ends? We don't have an end date just yet, but we can promise that you'll have to get yours fast.

How Does The New Wishlist Feature Work?!
If you've been prepping for the Gymshark Black Friday early, you might have seen that our shiny NEW wish list function recently launched online just in time for Black Friday! Check it out here.
This function is not currently attached to your customer account, but instead is cached on your device. Clearing your cache will clear your wish list, and not accepting cookies on your device will prevent this from operating as it should.
There Is A Queue At Checkout, Shall I Refresh The Page?
There may be a chance that you experience a queue during checkout. In this instance, please do not refresh the page as this will lose your place in the line.
We'll get you through as quickly as possible, but please note that waiting times during the first few hours of the sale, could be up to 45 minutes.
Will Items Be Restocked During The Gymshark Black Friday Sale?
Restocks will happen as usual throughout the Gymshark Black Friday sale period on all non-sale items. Unfortunately, we won't be restocking sale items this year.
To find out when or if an item will restock, simply select the ‘size out of stock’ feature on our product pages. This will allow you to select the size you want, submit your email address, and be notified as soon as the product becomes available!
If the ‘size out of stock’ feature is not displayed on the product you are viewing, unfortunately, this does mean that we won’t be restocking that particular item. If this is the case, please feel free to get in touch with our lovely Customer Support Team - they’d be happy to recommend some alternatives!

Which Payment Methods Will Be Available To Use During The Gymshark Black Friday Sale?
We'll be removing some payment methods during the go-live of the sale to ensure we're able to offer the best experience for everyone. Want to know what will and won't be on during the initial sale launch? Check the deets below.
iDEAL will be available to use on the Gymshark Netherlands store for the duration of the Gymshark Black Friday Sale.
Klarna will be available to use on the following stores for the duration of the Gymshark Black Friday sale:

Afterpay won't be available to use on the US Gymshark store during the first few hours of The Gymshark Sale, however will be available to use as an alternative payment method once checkout queues have calmed.
It will however, be available to use on the following stores for the duration of The Gymshark Black Friday Sale:

Clearpay won't be available to use on the UK Gymshark store during the first few hours of The Gymshark Black Friday Sale, however will be available to use as an alternative payment once checkout queues have calmed.

Can I Use A Gymshark Gift Card / Birthday Discount Code During The Gymshark Black Friday Sale?
You betcha! All gift cards and birthday discounts codes are also eligible for use during the Gymshark Black Friday sale.

Orders
Sale items will be available to order from 8PM AEDT, 2PM EST, 11AM PST and 7PM GMT for all other regions.
If items are marked FINAL SALE, they are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit.
Adding an item to your cart, unfortunately, does not reserve the stock for your final checkout.
I've Made A Mistake On My Order, Can I Change It?
Once an order is placed we are unable to make any amendments. This includes order details like changing sizes or colours, adding products, or altering your shipping address, or shipping method. You may be able to amend your address using the courier self service options once your order has been dispatched.

Can I Buy A Gift Card During The Black Friday Sale?
Yes! Gift cards will be available to purchase during the Gymshark Black Friday sale, however, will not be offered at a discounted rate.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Due to increased traffic on our US and UK stores, orders placed during the first hour of the sale will be ineligible for cancellation. After the first hour of the sale, orders placed on the US and UK stores will revert to our standard cancellation policy. Please note that all orders placed during this time will be eligible for return: for more info, check out our 'Returns Policy’ FAQ page.
All other regions will be able to cancel their order within 15 minutes of placing it, if needed. You can do this either via your order confirmation email, or, by logging into your GS account: locate your order and then press the ‘cancel order’ button.
I've Placed Multiple Orders, Can I Combine Them?
If you have placed multiple orders, we're unfortunately unable to combine these; each order will be dispatched separately.
I'm Missing Some Items In My Order...
Due to stock availability within our warehouses, your order may be dispatched in separate packages on different days. Don't worry! You'll receive an email from our Customer Support Team, alongside new tracking information for your remaining items if this is the case.
If an item you've ordered goes out of stock, the item will be refunded and any remaining items will be dispatched. As always, we'll let you know of any new changes to your order by email. Please note that refunds can between between 5-7 business days.
I've Placed Multiple Orders, But Only One Has Arrived?!
We always try and dispatch orders on a 'first come first serve' basis. However, due to the BTS operations at our warehouses, unfortunately, we're not always able to do this.
What does this mean for you?
There's a chance that if you place multiple orders during the Gymshark Black Friday sale, your second order may be dispatched and delivered before your first.

Will Express Shipping Be Available During The Gymshark Black Friday Sale?
Yes! Both standard and express shipping will be available across all stores during the Gymshark Black Friday sale. Unfortunately, Next Day Delivery will not be available as a shipping option on our UK store.

How Long Will Shipping Take Once I've Ordered From The Gymshark Black Friday Sale?
Your shipping timeframe will begin once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse. We know that waiting for your goods to be delivered can sometimes feel like a lifetime, but please allow up to 10 additional business days for your order to arrive (in addition to the shipping timeframe chosen at checkout), before reaching out to our Customer Support Team.
FYI: tracking may take up to 48 business hours to activate once you've received your shipping confirmation email.

Returns
Can I Return Items From The Gymshark Black Friday Sale?
Yes! All orders currently have a 90-day return period and we won't be changing this for our upcoming Black Friday sale.
Please note that:
Orders placed after December 8th will revert to a 30-day return window.
All items marked FINAL SALE will not be eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
